Sowing Seeds Service Agreement

1. Introduction to the desk

This Sowing Seeds Service Agreement applies to your use of ANQORYX MARKETS and every purchase of HSN 1209 sowing seeds including vegetable, flower, herb, spice, forage, and fruit-seed packets for planting through our boutique seed storefront. By accessing the site, creating an account, or completing checkout, you agree to the terms set out below.

PATHAN RAHIM KHAN operates this website under the trade name ANQORYX MARKETS. Our registered office is located at OFFICE NO 4, GROUND FLOOR, CITY MALL, NEW LINK ROAD, ANDHERI WEST, MUMBAI, MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA, 400053.

3. Product catalogue

We offer HSN 1209 sowing seeds including vegetable, flower, herb, spice, forage, and fruit-seed packets for planting. Product photography represents typical packet labelling and seed appearance; natural variation in germination, colour, and harvest timing may occur between seasons, growing regions, and individual lots.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and reflect the pack size shown on each product card.
Seasonal varieties may show limited availability during off-peak sowing windows.
Declared packet weights and seed counts are subject to normal market tolerances for sowing-grade stock.

4. Account eligibility

Checkout requires an email-verified account. Purchasers must be eighteen years of age or older, or have a parent or legal guardian complete the transaction on their behalf.

5. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once prepaid payment is received or Cash on Delivery is accepted on screen.
Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery where serviceable.
Any courier surcharge for COD orders is displayed before you confirm checkout.

6. Seed viability notice

Sowing seeds are living stock, not perishable fresh produce. Germination and shelf life depend on storage conditions, sowing method, and climate. We ship in moisture-barrier packets but cannot guarantee identical germination outcomes for every variety or garden.

7. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located near our Bengaluru registration address.
